Fees by case size
In cases with $100M–$1B of liabilities, the debtor's investment banker charged a median of $138K a month (12 retention terms) and lead counsel's top partner rate had a median of $2,118 an hour (12). Above $1B the medians were $200K a month (12) and $2,355 an hour (10), from court filings in cases filed 2023–2026.
