# 併購顧問收費是多少？

在提交給美國證管會的 660 份併購文件與公開收購文件中，共揭露 819 筆顧問費。下表是賣方實際支付的金額，依交易規模分級。

金額取自文件原文中賣方顧問的收費，以及其占交易金額的比例。採中位數而非平均數，因為單筆超大型案件會把平均數拉偏。

## 如何統計

每個數字都來自公開文件，並連同出處原句一併引用。只有文件寫明具體金額者才計入，不做任何估算。百分比以同一份文件所載交易金額為分母，未揭露交易金額的案件不計入。

## 依交易規模分級的顧問費
