# M&A 자문 수수료는 얼마인가

SEC에 제출된 660건의 합병 위임장과 공개매수 서류에 819건의 자문 수수료가 공시되어 있습니다. 아래 표는 매도인이 실제로 지급한 금액을 거래 규모별로 보여 줍니다.

금액은 서류에 기재된 매도인 측 자문사의 수수료와 그것이 거래금액에서 차지하는 비율입니다. 평균이 아니라 중앙값을 사용했습니다. 초대형 건 하나가 평균을 크게 왜곡하기 때문입니다.

## 어떻게 집계했는가

모든 수치는 공개 서류에서 가져왔으며 해당 문장과 함께 인용했습니다. 서류에 금액이 명시된 경우에만 집계하고 추정하지 않습니다. 비율은 같은 서류에 기재된 거래금액을 분모로 하며, 거래금액이 공시되지 않은 건은 제외했습니다.
