# M&Aアドバイザーの報酬はいくらか

SECに提出された 660 件の合併委任状および公開買付け書類に、819 件のアドバイザー報酬が記載されています。下表は売り手が実際に支払った金額を取引規模別に示したものです。

金額は書類に記載された売り手側アドバイザーの報酬と、それが取引金額に占める割合です。平均値ではなく中央値を用いています。一件の大型案件が平均値を大きく動かすためです。

## 測り方

すべての数字は公開書類から取り、記載されている文とともに引用しています。金額が明記されている場合にのみ計上し、推計は行いません。割合は同じ書類に記載された取引金額を分母とし、取引金額が開示されていない案件は除いています。
